Conversation on Racism on Cape Cod, August 18, 2024

Kudos to organizers, Am HaYam and the Federated Church of Orleans for an excellent community program to explore institutional racism on Cape Cod and what we might do to combat it.  Panelists (from left to right in photo below) were: Leo Blandford, from Outer Cape Health Services, Leslie Domingo-Santos, from the Barnstable Advisory Commission on Human Rights, District Attorney Rob Galibois and Orleans Chief of Police Scott MacDonald and moderated by Jeff Spalter.  The panelists all offered candid comments regarding racism in their fields of work and spent over an hour responding to questions from the audience.  Many thanks to the organizers and the panelists for an outstanding community conversation.
