Film Showing to Benefit MLK Action Team

The Cape Cinema is hosting the film “Best of Enemies” Wednesday, February 7 at 6:30 pm.  Tickets sales will in part, benefit the MLK Action Team, the racial justice advocacy arm of the Nauset Interfaith Association.   The movie is based on the true story of Black civil rights activist Ann Atwater and KKK leader C.P. Ellis who are brought together under tense and trying circumstances but eventually find their way to respect and a lifelong friendship.   In recognition of Black History Month and in anticipation of the potential polarization of the coming election cycle, this is a film that should be seen by everyone.  Tickets will be available through the Cape Cinema website, www.capecinema.org
